Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Products that have not been printed or embroidered can be returned for an exchange or credit. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Products must be in the exact condition in which they were delivered, including being in the original packaging with swing tags.

Items that have been stained, worn or washed are unable to be returned. Some items are ineligible for exchange or credit on return including sale items, underwear, and socks. 

To request a return please contact us for a returns number. Once we provided a returns number we will provide a return address. The buyer is responsible for sending items back at your own cost. A $15 restock fee may be deducted from your credit as well as freight charges. Panther Teamwear reserves the right to decline returns based on an inspection of returns on arrival to us. We will provide you with written notice (email) as to why your return has been declined. Items that have been branded are unable to be returned, except where faulty.

Once your return has been received and processed, we will email you. This may be up to 2 weeks after we've received it. 

Sublimated items cannot be returned in any case unless there is a manufacturing fault with garments. Panther Teamwear provides artwork prior to production for final approval as well as a strike off to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order.
